(Against the order dated 02.03.2016 in complaint case no. 38 of 2015 passed by the District Forum, Nalanda.).

                We have considered the submissions and perused  the impugned order  directing to make payment of the maturity amount we do not find any error in the order. However we find that the  maturity amount was payable on 25.12.2014 has been paid after one and half year of the maturity date. The amount payable attracts interest since the liability to pay is not indispute as such we are of view that a lump sum amount of Rs. 40,000/- be paid by the appellant to the complainant  which shall be inclusive of the compensation for the physical and mental harassment as also interest for delayed payment on interest of all cost up to date. The above amount of Rs 40,000/- be paid after deducting the amount of Rs. 5,000/- as compensation  and Rs. 1,000/- litigation  cost as awarded by the District Forum as received by the complainant.
