Complainant is absent . Lawyer of the complainant has been approched for taking proper step then he could is not  instruction on the margin on order sheet. The case is pending for issuance of notice by the complaiant and also for furnuching correct address of opposite party by the complainant but complainant failed to the comly order dated 23/12/23 till today which shows that complainant has lost his interest in this case and he is also not in touch with his lawyer.
