The Complainant Smt. Champa Chowdhury(Roy) is present. The Authorized Officer representing the O.Ps. is also present. A petition has been filed today jointly signed by the Complainant and the Authorized Officer of the O.Ps. stating that the instant case has been amicably settled out of the Forum and that as a terms of compromise the O.Ps. paid Rs.15,000/- by Demand draft No.904808 dated 10/12/2018 on UBI, Agartala Branch in the name of the Complainant.  We have examined the Complainant on the matter of payment of Rs.15,000/- by the O.Ps. to her. She has stated to us that she got the amount and that she was satisfied with the amount.  So she is not interested to proceed further with the instant case. In view of the statement made by the Complainant in the open Forum, we are of the opinion that there is no justification to keep the instant case pending.  Hence, we dispose of the case.
