On perusal o f the case record it appears that there are 3 O.ps in the instant case. None of the three O.ps are in jurisdiction of seraikella-kharsawan consumer forum.

                         In view of see II (2) of the consumer protection Act 1986 (a) the O.p party on each of the o.ps where three  are more than one at the time of institution of the complaint actually and voluntarily resides or (carries on business or has a branch office or) personally works for gain.

(b) Any of the o.ps where that are more than one at the time of institution of complaint, actually and business or has a branch office) or personally works for gain.

(c) The cause of action or the part accuse.

      This considering the provision of see ii (2) of consumer protection Act 1986, the case is hereby dismissed for the ends of justice.
