Today is fixed for show cause by the complainant.

Complainant is absent without any steps till 2:30Pm.

On perusal of record we find that   complainant is not taking any steps since 27.02.2023.

 Accordingly, we find that complainant lost his interest.

 In this situation we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.
