FINAL ORDER

An application has been filed under section 35 of the C.P Act 2019 by the
complainants alleging deficiency in service on the part of the Opposite Parties as
stated in the complaint petition.
During continuance of the case, the dispute involved in the case has been
settled amicably by and between the parties and the matter has been resolved
and the Complainants are not willing to proceed further as they have no
grievance against the Opposite Parties.
One petition has been filed by the Complainant No. 1 for withdrawal of the case
and it is heard today and a ‘ detailed ORDER’ has been passed being Order No. 17
dated 18.11.2024, which may be taken into as part of this FINAL ORDER.
The petition of the Complainant No. 1 is allowed and he is permitted to withdraw
the case.

The case of the Complainant being C.C.No. 13/2023 is Dismissed as
withdrawn.
