O R D E R                          Dated:-09.04.2015.

SMT. BABITA MOHAPATRA, MEMBER(w).

1. Deficiency in service against the opposite party is the grievance of the complainant.
2. The brief fact of the case is that, the complainant is a consumer and beneficiary of the SBI, Sargipali Branch after opening a Public Provident Account Pass Book No- 76. The complainant has deposited his Account Book before the Op at the  time of last withdrawal. He has requested several times to the  Op  for  issue  of the said pass book original or duplicate but in vein. The complainant also served a pleader’s notice on dtd. 09.12.2013. He has not satisfied with the repay.
3. The Branch Manager,   Op SBI,  Sargipali Branch appear personally alongwith their  advocate and submitted that, the public provident account  pass  book  No-  76  has already  closed since 2006  and the account is transfer to SB  A/C No. 01190005277. The complainant never requested for passbook.
4. After perusal of documents filed by the complainant as well as Op, this forum  is  inclined  to allow the complainant to receive his pass book already furnished by the Op.  Bank alongwith his written version on personal before this forum within 7 days of passing of this order.

                                 The order is pronounced in the open forum on this day of 09^th April, 2015 under the signature and seal of the forum.

                                                   Accordingly the case is disposed of.
