ORDER

The complainant absent even today. It is an admitted case of the parties that the paid up value of the policy after payment of 4^th installment has already been paid to the complainant but the amount of 5^th installment worth Rs. 20444.66 deposited after the lapse of the policy has ot been returned to the complainant.

Hence, the OP is directed to immediately refund the amount of 5^th installment deposited by the complainant with 6% interest till realization with the above said direction the present complaint is disposal off as allowed.
