      Complainant, Sri Keshab Mahanta, is present. He submits petition (Ptn No. 20) stating, inter alia, that he has come to know that the OP submitted cheque in favour of the complainant before this Forum. It is prayed that the cheque may be handed over to the complainant for encashment of the same.

     OP submitted petition (Ptn. No. 21) stating, inter alia, that the OP has deposited two cheque of HDFC Bank bearing No. 103538 dt. 05.12.2018 worth Rs. 3,56,550/- and No. 104165 dt. 23.01.2019 worth Rs. 24,000/-, in favour of the complainant to satisfy the award.

      Heard learned counsel of both sides.

     Hard over the above two cheques to the complainant on being identified by the learned counsel.

     Photo copy of the said cheques be kept with the record.

     This case stands disposed of according on full satisfaction.
