Complainant absent even today. From perusal of the record it appears that the complainant is absent regularly after 21.04.2023 and has not appeared on 17.05.2023, 08.06.2023, 26.06.2023, 15.07.2023 and today. It appears that the complainant has lost interest in persuing this case complaint. Hence, in view of above said facts circumstances of the case this complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
