                    On behalf of complainant one Bithika Murmu the daughter of the complainant appears for moving this case. The case record is taken up for admission hearing. Perused the case record. Heard the representative of the complainant. Considered.

                   It appears that although the complainant Ramesh Chandra Murmu signed on the last page of the petition of complaint as well as on the affidavit, but the remaining pages of the petition of complaint have been signed not by the complainant but by his daughter Bithika Murmu. She has not been authorised by the complaint to sign in the petition of complaint. For such mistake, the petition of complaint is not admitted.

                          Hence, it is,

                                                               ORDERED

                                                              that the petition of complaint is not admitted and the complaint case is accordingly dismissed with liberty to sue of afresh.
