ORDER

Attendance on behalf of  the complainant in person and attendance on behalf  of the OP  no-1 and 2 separately filed through their respective advocates. Present complaint has been filed against the OP alleging deficiency in service from their part by non payment of hte loss caused theft in his shop insured by the OOP no-2 on te previous date complainant  was directed to produce the  final order of rejection of the claim by insurance company which has  not been filed today. Complainant physically present before the commission is directed to file his claim before the OP no-2 and if already filed to persue his claim petition for disposal by the OP no-2. 

Since the claim of the complainant has not been  any wise disposed of by the OP  no-2, complainant has not got any valid cause of action for bringing  this  complainant before this commission. Hence, the present complainant petition  is dismissed.
