ORDER

Attendance on behalf of both the parties filed through their respective advocates. Heard learned advocate for the OP in full today. Case is trailing for payment of the compensation for physical harassment and mental agony by the complainant plus the cost of litigation only. The case has trailed from 26.05.2022 to 17.04.2023 only, when the OP handed over the due amount through fixed deposit. In view of the above said facts OP is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 2000 only as compensation for physical harassment and mental agony plus a sum of Rs.1000 for as the litigation cost within three months from the date of this order.
