From perusal of the record it appears that since after filing of the complainant before this commission despite granting several opportunities vide adjournments n 17.07.2023, 19.07.2023, 22.07.2023 complainant has not appeared to persue her complaint 21 days has elapsed  since filing of the complainant as the provisions of the  Act, decision on the point of addmission of the complaint is to be taken by the commission within 21 days from the date of filing of the  complaint. Hence, in view of the above said facts and the circumstances the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
