Today was fixed for hearing of the complt’s filed Amendment petition dt 12.07.23. Both sides have taken steps. Perused the Amendment petition of the complt. dtd. 12.07.23 O.P. No. 2 dose not press any objection against the instant Amendment Petition filed by the complt. In this backdrop, this Amendment Petition which is appearing to be formal in nature and which will not change the nature & character of the complaint, if amendment is allowed. 

Accordingly, this Amendment Petition filed under Or.6, R -17 of C.P.C. dated- 12.07.23 filed by the complt. stands allowed.
