Record is put up today in view of application filed by Dhr. Narayan Chandra Ghosh / Dhr. is present by filing his hajira. 

Ld. Advocate for the Dhr. is also present.

On the other hand Sri Arnab Mukherjee staff of O.P. no.2 is present on behalf of O.P. no.2 by filing his hazira and he has been identified by Sarnendu Parial  Advocate.

Dhr. files a petition stating inter alia that the Decreetal amount as stated in this Execution Case has been fully paid to him.

So, Dhr. does not want to proceed with this execution case and has made prayer to dispose of / drop this execution case with full satisfaction.

It appears that the decreetal amount for which this execution case has been filled has been paid to the Dhr. by the O.P. no.2 as such, Dhr. does not want to proceed with this case and has made prayer for disposal of / dropping

In view of the above facts & circumstances and as the matter has been settled by making full payment and the Dhr. does not want to proceed with this case and has made prayer for dropping / dispose of this execution case with full satisfaction.  So, we do not find any impediment to allow the prayer made by the Dhr. and to dispose of / drop this Execution Case with full satisfaction.

Hence, it is

That the application filed by Dhr. is hereby allowed.

The Execution Case be and same is hereby dropped / disposed of with full satisfaction ; but without cost.

Let a copy of this Order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
