Petitioner/Swapan Kr. Mondal is present.

OP/PaschimBangaGramin Bank is represented by Mr. Abu Sufiyan under a latter authority which is on record. Both the parties are heard in person.

The dispute is amicably settled through mutual understanding between the parties. It is proposed by the OP/ AyasBranch that it will pay Rs. 3,500/- (Three thousand five hundred only) to the petitionerSwapan Kr. Mondal who admits and forgoes his claim upon receipt of the said amount right at this moment.

Hence,

                                That the case 03/2022 is disposed of finally with full satisfaction through mutual understanding.

The receipt showing payment is also kept with the case record.
