ORDER

The complainant files hazira. The O.P Bank files a petition for taking off the case from argument stage and permitting Kalyan Nandy, Chief Manager, to depose in the case as OPW2. The petitioner is taken up for hearing treating the same as MA No.48 /17.

            Heard both sides.

We find that Mr. Nandy is material witness of the case so he is to be permitted to depose in the case and prayer is to be allowed.

Hence,

Ordered,

that the petition dated 21.12.2017 filed by the O.P/Bank for permitting Mr. Kalyan Nandy to depose in this case is allowed.

Thus MA is disposed of accordingly.
