Complainant is alongwith her A/R is present. O.P. alonwith their A/R is present. Both parties filed a joint compromise petition dated 19.11.2020 stating that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of Court amicably and Complainant in view of the above settlement with  the O.P., does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.P.

Perused the joint compromise petition dated 19.11.2020 filed by both parties and ascertained that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of court amicably and also the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further against the O.P.

In view of the above facts on the basis of the compromised petition 19.11.2020, we are inclined to drop the case, being amicably settled. Accordingly, the present case is disposed off.
