The record is put up at the instance of Complainant, who files a verified petition for dismissal of the case for non-prosecution.

            Heard.

            We find that the Complainant is willing to withdraw the Complaint and praying for dismissal of the case an ground that parties have amicably settled the case out of forum.

            So we don’t find any impediment to allow the petition.

            Hence

                        Ordered,

                                    that the CC Case No. 19/2018 be and same is dismissed for non-prosecution. No cost.
