The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that he has received the cheque No. 195686 dated 31/03/2016 for Rs. 10,00,000/- regarding the policy No. 49009717007, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.         In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
