This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Complainant is found present and found ready with her ld. Lawyer.

Ld. Advocate for the op, bank authority is also present.

Heard and considered submission.

Branch Manager of Bank of India, Bhadreswar Branch is also present.

In course of hearing it is revealed that the Branch Manager of Bank of India, Bhadreswar Branch has already handed over the ATM card to the complainant.

At the interrogation of the ld. Judges of Lok Adalat the complainant admitted that she received the ATM card and also activated the same and she has no further grievance.

In support of her point of contention a petition has been filed which is duly verified.

As the disputes involved in this case have already been settled in between the parties, ld. Judges of this Lok Adalat have no reason to stand on the way of settlement.

In the result,

It is accordingly

Ordered

that this case being no. 219 of 2022 be and the same is disposed of as it is settled through Lok Adalat and this case is withdrawn.

No order is passed as to costs.

No order of compensation is also passed.

Let a certified true copy of this order be handed over to the both sides at free of cost.
