 Today is fixed for filing show-cause as to why this case shall not be dismissed. The complainant is absent on call and has not filed any show-cause. The Ld. Advocate for the O.P. Bank authority is present and by filing a petition has prayed for dropping this case as to the subject matter of this case has already been solved.

The complainant without filing show-cause remains absent and it appears that the complainant is not appearing in this case since 13.02.2022. As per submission of the Ld. Advocate for the O.P., matter has been solved.

Considering the above noted factors, the Hon’ble District Commission is of the view that this case can be dismissed for non-prosecution.

In the result, it is accordingly ordered that the case and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution and this case is dropped.

No order is passed as to cost.
