            Today is fixed for order. Complainant is absent without any steps. Record is put up for order.

          On perusal of record we find that Complainant by post alleged the present complaint before this Commission. 30/11/2023 was fixed for admission hearing.

          On that date Complainant was found absent without any steps. He was asked to file Show Cause as to why necessary order shall not be passed against him. Copy of the said order was sent to Complainant by speed post. Said speed post not yet returned to this Commission. Perused track report. We find that said order has been served upon the Complainant on  . . . . . .

          But Complainant did not appear before this Commission on 14/12/2023 in compliance of the said order. However another date was fixed on 29/12/2023 for filing Show Cause i.d. necessary order.

          On 29/12/2023 Complainant did not turn up nor file Show Cause as per order no. 3 dated 30/11/2023.

          Accordingly, we find that Complainant has no interest to proceed with this case.

Hence,

It is Ordered:-

          That the present case be and the same vide no. C.C./374/2023 is dismissed being not admitted.
