Today is fixed for admission hearing of this complaint petition.

Complainant has initially found present and ready.

In course of hearing this District Commission pointed out that no petition for granting permission in the matter of joint filing of this case according to provision of Section 35 (1) (C) of Consumer Protection Act, 2019 has been filed by the complainant.

When this matter is taken out by this District Commission, ld. Advocate for the complainant “not pressed” the complaint petition voluntarily. As the complainant is “not pressed” the complaint petition, this case is not admitted and it is dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the complainant to file this case afresh on the self same cause of action.
