Both parties are absent. No steps taken. On perusal of record it is found that neither the complainant nor his engaged advocate is taking steps since dt. 28.04.2022 and notice has not been issued on O.Ps due to insufficient complaint petition. Complainant is not showing interest to proceed with this case at all.

In the aforesaid observations, the complaint case is dismissed for default accordingly.
