This case record is taken up for consideration in the matter of passing order in respect of the prayer of applicant for granting an order of injunction so that OP-1&2 bank authority cannot create any problem in the matter of handling the savings bank account lying in the OP Bank authority.  This matter has been contested by OP-1 by filing written objection.

Heard argument of both sides.  Considered submission.

Perused the injunction petition and its written objection.

For the purpose of arriving at just and proper decision in respect of the injunction matter there is necessity of making scrutiny of the material of this case record.  After going through the material of this case record, this district commission finds that the prayer of the applicant who is the complainant of CC-143/23 has been allowed and ad interim order of injunction has passed restraining the OP-1&2 in the matter of operating the savings bank accounts of the complainant and the said order of injunction has been extended time to time by this District Commission.  But it is important to note that the OPs bank authority have neither challenged the said order no.3 dt. 23.8.2023 before the higher Forum and the OPs also have not raised any objection in the matter of extension of the ad interim order of injunction.

Considering these aspects this District Commission is of the view that the prayer for injunction of the complainant/applicant can be allowed on contest.  Thus the OPs no.1&2 are hereby restrained in the matter of operating the savings bank accounts of the complainant/applicant till the disposal of CC-143/2023.

In the light of the observation made above the injunction petition is disposed of and this MA case no.74/2023 is allowed on contest and finally disposed of.

No order is passed as to cost.
