Petition filed by the complainant. Copy served. The amendment petition, let the same be register and treated as M.A being No. 7. The petition is taken up for hearing in presence of Ld. Advocate of  the complainant sides. Complainant files a petition with a prayer to amend the content of the petition of complaint as per schedule of the amendment petition dated 09/03/2022. Perused the petition for both sides. Considered.

On a close perusal of the schedule of the proposed amendment. It appears that the same is formal one and if the same be allowed it would not change the nature and character of the case. Moreover, hence, let the prosed amendment as prayed for by the complainant is considered and allowed.
