Today the ld. Counsel for the Dhr submits that the Dhr-Shyamali Goswami received an amount of Rs.90,774/- through cheque and the same has been credited in her account. Now she has no grievance left against the Jdr and she is not willing to proceed with this Execution Application further and prays for dismissal of the same with full and final satisfaction.
As the Dhr is not willing to proceed with the case further as her grievance has already been complied by the Jdr, we are of the opinion that the prayer of the Dhr should be allowed.
Hence, it is
O r d e r e d
that the present Execution application being No.42/2013 be and the same is dropped with full and final satisfaction.
Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
