ORDER

A petition has been filed on behalf of the D/H stating that the two cheques has been filed on the record by the  OP for  payment of the decretal amount as per the order dated 11.07.2023 in complaint case no-80/2011 passed by this commission and the D/H is physically present before the court to receive the cheques. Hence, cheques may be handed over to the D/H. Prayer is allowed and the office clerk is directed to hand over the cheque to the D/H on his identification through the Aadhar card and by the learned advocate for D/H. 

Since the decretal amount has been paid to D/H. The present execution case stands disposed off on satisfaction of the Decree.
