Case record taken up today for hearing . Learned counsel for O.P 5 is present and submits his case .However, Complainant remained absent on repeated call.

Perused the material available on record. Nothing cogent evidence is adduced by the complainant of his complaint petition .Law is well settled that complainant is to prove negligence/deficiency in service on the part of the O.Ps .Nothing prove to hold deficiency of service on the  part on the O.Ps .Hence, complaint  has no merit .

Accordingly dismissed against the O.ps ,However, no order as to cost.
