Case posted today for hearing on the petition filed by the advocate for the OPs.

OPs present through his counsel and pressed his petition Dt.19/07/2016 today. The advocate for the OPs addressed to the forum that matter case been settled between the Complainant and OPs outside the Court and to that effect an affidavit alongwith a petition is also filed to drop the complaint against the OPs.

Heard the submission of the Advocate for OPs perused the petition and affidavit filed by the advocate for OPs which reveals that the matter has been settled between the parties outside the court, the Complainant through his Advocate also acknowledged in the petition of the OPs Dt.19/07/2016 by his endorsement to have no objection to the prayer of the OPs and do not want to proceed with the case against the OPs.

Hence as the Complaint of the Complainant is redressed in any how by the OPs and as the Complainant do not want to proceed with the Case any more, the Complaint is dropped against the OPs as of order of the forum.

Complainant disposed off accordingly.
