The case record is put up today for disposal before Lok Adalat. Both the Complainant and his Advocate is present and files a withdrawal petition along with Xerox copy of Aadhaar card of Complainant. Copy of the withdrawal petition served by other side. Advocate for the O.Ps No.1 & 2 is present and files hazira. On perusal of the withdrawal petition filed by the Complainant, it is found that the dispute has already been amicably settled between both the parties outside the Commission. So, the Complainant does not want to proceed further in this case and prayed to withdraw the case. Heard and in that view of the matter, the withdrawal petition filed by the Complainant is allowed.

                                         Accordingly, the case is withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. The interim order, if any, passed against the Ops is treated to be infructuous. The case need not be posted to 10.07.2023.
