                        The record is put up on the strength of an advance petition filed by the complainant. .The advocate for the petitioner and the advocate for the O.Ps. are present. Both the advocates filed a compromise petition supported by an affidavit of the petitioner. The petitioner stated in the petition to withdraw  the C. C. Case No. 87/15 in view of the compromise. The petition is heard and it is allowed. Hence, the C. C. Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
