EA No.11 of 2016.

Magma Fincrop vs. Guljar Ali.

 

Present:      Sh.Naresh Khurana, Adv. For decree holder.

                  Sh.SP Banchal, Adv. For opponent (complainant).

 

               Counsel for decree holder suffered a statement, according to which decree holder has received Rs.478000/- and the decree holder is having no objection to release the land of the opponent (complainant) from attachment as his claim has fully been satisfied.  Counsel for the opponent (complainant) admitted the statement of the counsel for the decree holder true and correct and also stated that nothing is due against opponent (complainant) and prayed for the release of land of the opponent (complainant) from attachment. 

               In view of the statement of counsel for the parties, the land of Shri Guljar Ali s/o Sh.Ali Mohammad situated at village Sadiqpur, sub tehsil Sadhaura, tehsil Bilaspur, Distt. Yamuna Nagar which was ordered to be attached by this Forum vide order dated 7.11.2016, consequently Rapat No.104 of 2018 was recorded is hereby ordered to be released from attachment in this case forthwith.  Naib Tehsildar, Sadhaura is directed to make necessary entries in the Revenue Record pertaining to the release of above said land of Guljar Ali from attachment.  Copy of this order be sent immediately to the Naib Tehsildar, Sadhaura.  Record of this execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records treating it fully satisfied.
