               Sibasis Sarkar, Ld.President :– The Show Cause petition is taken up for hearing. Perused the petition And other materials on record. Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant.

 

               It appears from the record that the complainant did not care to issue the notice in time, besides that the complainant also remained absent on 4.9.2018 without any steps. However we think that the complainant must get an opportunity          to proceed with the case. However considering the negligent conduct of the complainant the Show Cause petition can be accepted only on payment of cost.             

                                             Hence, it is

                                                             ORDERED

             that the Misc.Application No.  57/18 dt.-20.9.18 be and the same is allowed .  The Show Cause petition will be accepted subject to deposit of cost of Rs.200/- by the complainant in the S.B.A/C. of Consumer Legal Aid Fund ,DCDRF,Paschim Medinipur.The Misc.Case is thus disposed off.       

 Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost. Also inform the Registrar-in-charge about the cost.
