ORDER

Learned advocate for the complainant in complaint case no. 47 of 2021 filed a petition to recall the next date fixed in the case and to dispose off the complaint in the light of the compromise and the dispute having been settled in persuance to which the complainant has already received a sum of Rs. 3,70,000 through draft no. 633108 dated 14.08.2023 fo ICICI Bank. In support of contention alongwith the petition to drop the further proceeding of this case learned advocate for the complainant has filed the affidavit of the complainant acknowledging the receipt of settled amount alongwith photostate copy of the draft and adhar card of the complainant. 

In view of the above said facts the date fixed in complaint case no. 47 of 2021 is recalled and the same is disposed off in the light of the settlement arived between the parties of this complaint. Let the record the consigned to the record room of this commission.
