Later Advocate for the OP submits that, the OP had filed a petition on dtd.05.02.2019 before this Forum stating that, the case has already been amicably settled between the parties outside of the Forum. Further Complainant had filed an affidavit he does not want to proceed the case any further against the OPs as the case has already been settled between the parties hence seeking permission to withdraw the case. Heard the petition filed by the complainant and Advocate for the OP. Permission is hereby accorded for withdrawal. In view of the said petition/affidavit filed by the complainant the present dispute is disposed of being compromised.
