Heard, ld. Counsel for the applicant/DH and O.P/J.Dr. It was submitted that O.P/J.Dr has complied the order of this court by making payment of the awarded amount of Rs-7,72,602/-( Seven Lac Seventy Two Thousand Six Hundred and two) to her account transferred by J.Dr and therefore she acknowledges the payment of the said amount. It was also submitted that she doesn’t want to proceed with this execution case hence, it may be dropped.

 I have heard and perused the documents. It appears that the order of this court has been complied with full satisfaction of the applicant/DH.
