              On 09-12-2016 a petition was submitted by the complainant stating that the matter in dispute has been settled in between the parties outside the Forum and he does not intend to proceed with the case any further and prayed for disposal of the case.

              Seen the petition and considered.

              Since the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case and the case has also been settled in between him and the OP outside the Forum, the instant case stands disposed of on compromise.
