D/H absent.

          Attendance on behalf of the J/D has been filed. 

Despite repeated calls no one appears on behalf of the D/H for hearing on his calculation chart filed on 13.02.2023.

         Heard learned advocate for the OP in full. According to him entire admissible amount as per the decree ordered in complaint case no.- 30/93 has already been paid and nothing remains due to be paid to the D/H. Asper the record from perusal of the order dated 12.05.2014, it appears that this commission revised the amount mentioned in the distress warrant and ordered to pay the sum of rupees 2,78,573 and 80 paise only against  which the judgment debtor has submitted in account paying cheque no. 124764 dated 06.06.2014 drawn in favour of the J/D Ramanand Singh, which has been received even by the J/D.

         In view above saids fact followed by non compliance this court’s order to present the corrected and verified calculation chart prepared and certified by a Licenceal Regd. charted accountant about the dues if any payable to thim, He has not filed the required chart and the D/H is absence ever today. Hence, present Execution case is disposed  off as not pressed for want of prosecution.
