Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant and for filing evidence on affidavit by O.p. no.3.  O.p. nos.2 & 3 are found present. Evidence on affidavit has been filed by O.p. no.3. Copy not served but it is annexed with the case record.

Complainant is found absent. No show-cause has been filed by the complainant. On call nobody appears for the complainant at 1.30 p.m. All these factors are clearly reflected that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. In the result,

it is accordingly,

that the complaint case no.65/2023 be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission. No order is passed as to cost.
