In the result, complaint is allowed with cost of Rs.2000/- The opposite party are directed to pay the complainant a sum of Rs.5000/- towards balance insurance amount with interest at the rate of 8.5 percentage from the date of filing of this complaint (11-03-2013) to till date of realization. The opposite party are directed to pay the complainant a sum of Rs.5000/- towards compensation for mental agony and pain. The opposite parties are further directed to pay the above amounts to the complainant within a month from the date of receipt of this order.
