ORDER

The record is put up on the strong of one application as filed by complainant. Both sides Ld. Advocates are present.

            The Complainant himself is also present while Ld. Advocate for LICI is authorisedly present along with letter 16-06-2021 issued by Manager LICI of Bardhaman Division wherein it is stated that the instant case would be settled against the policy of the petitioner being No. 448699174 on a sum of Rs. 34,550/.

            In this context one petition duly verified by the petitioner is also filed while in that petition said petitioner submitted that the matter of dispute has been compromised amicably in between them out of this Forum on that mentioned amount against the said policy as full and final settlement over his claim of this case.

 Heard Ld. Advocates of both sides specifically the complainant himself, considered. Accordingly we are of the view not to stand on way of the parties. Let the matter be posseted. OP, LICI is to submit the cheque as per this order before this Court/Forum/Commission.

           The MA Case no.11/2021 is disposed of.

            Copy of this order be supplied free of cost.
