A joint petition on behalf of complaint and .O.P has been filed. Starting there in that both the parties have settled dispute  out of court upon mutual negotiation. The Complaint is satisfied and does not want to proceed in her self in view of compromise with the O.P.

The amount of cost of proceeding by the complaint is being paid by the O.P ride cheque of Rs.2000/ - bearing no. 150203 dated 17/09/2015 drawn in favour of The Complainant .

The  cheque  is paid to the Complainant herself Anita Manja Hassa. She has put her signature on  the order sheet. In  view of the for said  discussion. The instant case is hereby disposed off. The Photocopy of the chq. is attached in the record.
