Today is fixed for further order.
Ld. Adv. for the complainant is present by filing hajira.
Ld. Adv. for the OP no. 1 and 2 is present by filing hajira.
OP no. 2 files documents regarding payment in favour of the complainant.
Ld. Adv. for the complainant admitted that complainant already got Rs.51,229/- from the OP no. 1 and 2.
Accordingly we find OP no. 1 and 2 complied the direction.
On perusal of record we find that UPBHOKTA LOK ADALAT of November 2022 Nadia at Krishangar disposed this case on 26.11.2022 and passed the following order.
That the dispute is settled with Rs. 51,000/- ( Fifty One Thousand only) which will be paid by OP number 01 in favour of the complainant through NEFT and Complainant will submit prescribed claim form no. ‘A’ & ‘C’ and photocopy of Bank Pass Book of the complainant where money will be transferred within seven(07) days after giving intimation to his Ld. Advocate as well as concerned court. OP number 01 shall pay the aforesaid amount within three (03) weeks in favour of complainant through NEFT.
OP no. 1 and 2 complied the same order and paid an amount of Rs. 51,229/- .
Hence,
it is
ordered.
That the present case be and same is disposed of in terms of the order passed by UPBHOKA LOK ADALAT of November 2022 Nadia at Krishangar dtd. 26.11.2022 and said order be part of this order.
Case is thus disposed off.
