The record is taken up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the Ld. counsel for the O.P. Both parties are present. Ld. counsel for the O.P file a memo that the complainant has received they amount as per each actual due amounting to 12,97,258/-(twelve lakhs ninety seven thousand two hundred and fifty eight) only to his full and final satisfaction. Ld. counsel for the complainant supports the claim of the O.P and submits to close the case as the principal grievance of the complainant is redressed.

            In this w/s the O.P pleaded that due to non co-opearation of the complainant the maturity amount has not been disbursed and the complainant was directed to handover all the relevant documents to the Ld. counsel for the O.Ps in the last date. The O.Ps have come promptly paid the maturity value in full and therefore we allow the prayer of the O.Ps and accordingly the case is disposed off today.
