On perusal of case record it appears that complainant was also found absent on previous dates

In view of above facts and circumstances we are of the opinion that complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence it is,

ORDERED

That the complainant case no 23/2015 be and same is here by DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT, but without cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
