Learned counsel for the complainant/D.Hr is present. Learned counsel for the J.Dr filed a memo stating therein that the appearance of J.Dr/OPs in C.C No.74/2013 may treated as appearance of OPs/J.Dr in the execution application.

               Learned counsel  for the complainant/D.Hr filed a memo stating therein that the petitioner has received the full and final satisfaction of the maturity value of bearing policy No. 58434635 and the D.Hr/petitioner does not want to proceed further in this case and the execution case may be dropped as the J.Drs have complied the order passed in C.C. No. 74/2013 which is seen with no objection by J.Dr.

                     In view of the above memo the case is dropped accordingly.
