The record is put up 14/03/2018 by the Complainant.

Ld. Advocate for the Complainant by filing a petition stated that the dispute of the instant case has been amicably settled by the complainant by negotiation with the O.P. and the Complainant does not want to proceed the case further.

In support of their statement Ld. Lawyer for the Complainant files an application with verification by the Complainant stating not to proceed with the case further.  Considering the application we have decided to dismiss the case for non-prosecution.

Hence, it is

That the C.C. no.07 of 2017 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

A copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
